Chapter 35 Caught

• I fell on the couch feeling tired and sluggish. My eyes then nailed to the food container containing Damon's food inside. I bet they were already cold. Later on, I heard steps coming from behind. Instead of going home, I choose to go to my old apartment where mom lives.
• “Serena?” it was her. “What brought you here?” she asked. But instead of answering her question, I grabbed the food container and then handed it to her. Confusion is still written on her face, but she gets it anyway.
• “I'm tired, I'll be in my room.” She was asking something behind me but then, as soon as I stepped inside my old room, I shut the door close.
