• HAYLEY’S P.O.V
• With every passing second, my heart seemed to pound harder inside my chest. I still hadn’t heard anything from Charles but I had figured out a way to untie my hands- I just hadn’t done it yet. I didn’t want to until I had a clear cut plan.
• The lights turned on again and I was quick to throw my hands behind my back again. Charles walked into view but this time, he didn’t have the camera in his hands. The knife was still with him but other than that, he seemed free of any other weapons.
