• JAKE’S P.O.V
• It took looking through the past footage in the office to know that there was one girl that Hayley had been speaking to as of late. Michael pulled her file and within half an hour, we were in front of her house. For someone who worked in a very good paying firm, she lived in a fucking dump.
• I chose to speak to her because Michael couldn’t be trusted to be logical. I banged my fist against her door a couple of times before she finally opened it very slightly. She poked her head out and took me in from head to toe.
