Chapter 24 It's All Your Fault!

• Adelaide is unconscious when three servants carry her to her room. Mercedes is notified that she needs to assist with her hygiene, and deep sadness overwhelms her when she sees Adelaide's condition.
• Her back is all bruised, her wrists have deep, bleeding wounds, and her ankles are swollen and wounded as well, with her left leg being the most damaged.
