Chapter 18 Find Her!

• "Be careful, woman!" Gage growls as Nadia collides with his car in her haste to cross the street. He looks at her disdainfully and menacingly. The young woman lowers her gaze and hides her face with her hood to avoid being recognized by him, although it's almost impossible due to her attire, but it's better to be sure.
• Gage gazes at the woman in front of him, and she seems familiar. He's sure he's seen her somewhere else before, but it's impossible. She looks ragged and dirty. Her hair is disheveled and also dirty. There's no way he could have seen her in these parts.
• "Excuse me, sir," she mutters, feigning a raspy voice. Gage grunts in response and starts his car, driving away.
