• "Don't keep Doris waiting. If you need anything, she's the person you should turn to, clear?" Matt said in his characteristic cold tone, devoid of emotions.
• "Yes," Victoria replied absentmindedly, still weighing what had just happened. She had practically signed up for someone to control her life and dictate her time as they pleased. She got up from the chair and walked out through the large door, following the long hallway to the end, where Doris, the charming housekeeper, too enthusiastic and extremely positive, was waiting for her.
• "Miss Victoria, welcome!" Doris greeted as soon as she saw her appear.
