Chapter 71
- It was a little past midnight when Eleanor's car pulled up in front of Tristan's mansion. Both of them looked at each other for a brief moment before she said, "Are you expecting me to get out and open the door for you? Because I'm not going to do it."
- Tristan shook his head and laughed lightly, hanging his head for a while before looking up into her eyes, “I had a good time tonight, Eleanor.” He genuinely meant it, it had been ages since he had hung out with someone other than Roth, and as much as he thought he would not feel good, he felt good. This girl reminded him a lot of Roth, but she also had an edge of uniqueness. She had a personality, and likes, dislikes that went beyond sex, money and boys - something he had not seen in most girls in his circle.
- She met his gaze, her eyes slightly wide with surprise, but a soft smile on her lips, “Me too, Tristan. We should do that again sometimes.”
