• Feelings of disbelief, betrayal, hurt and confusion started to fill him as he stared at Tristan’s once again who was still sleeping peacefully, not wanting to be there anymore, already done with the vacation, he picked up his phone, calling his flight manager. The unpacked suitcase and the sinking feeling in his stomach made the decision easy for him. Roth packed his briefcase and walked out of the hotel, out of the country, and out of Tristan's life.

• Tristan woke up with the sun on his face and he lazily opened his eyes, peering through half-closed eyelids. As he took in the hotel room, the memories of the previous night came flooding back to him, causing his lips to stretch out in a smile.
