Swallowing the lump in his throat, his hand trembled slightly as he spoke. "I overheard Roth asking if you want to rebuild a life with him. What is your answer to that, Tristan?" Oliver's voice, on the verge of breaking, also calmed Tristan.
• He spoke softly in response, "Let's forget about what happened between Roth and me. I am happy to be in a relationship with you. That's all that matters. Our love for each other, the support, and the attraction should be our priority," he told Oliver, avoiding the question he was asked.
