Chapter 42 You'll be blinded

• Adams' voice made me jump even more. He sounded as though he could knock anyone over with the volume of his voice. He covered my ears before yelling. Even if he did, I could still hear the force of his voice, and I nearly flinched at the brutal force of his voice. I didn't see Aria's response when he rang since my face was still buried in his chest and it appeared that he had no intention of releasing me until the woman left. But, given the power of Adams' voice, I'm sure Aria was terrified.
• “Please. Give me the joy I deserve. " Adams' voice had softened, and he was feeling down. He appeared to be tired of arguing with Aria. I considered this woman's mental health; perhaps Adams can assist her till she heals. Depression is not a laughing matter. I'll chat to Adams when the woman has gone. If Aria is alright, she might not bother anymore and accept that she and Adams no longer exist.
