Chapter 41

• Liam didn't know where to start from in looking for the woman from the night before but he had to find her somehow, he was damn sure that she knew something that might help, he could have just waited for her to come out again but he didn't know until when she will come out if her hiding again, he already knew people won't speak to him but still he chooses to walk around and ask.
• He started from the area he had seen her the night before, describing her as much as he could to the people around there but no one had answers for him or maybe they just didn't want to tell him, after over thirty minutes of looking and with no sight of her, he decided to give up, he already thought it would be best to look for her at night since she might be bidding during the day, the people he passed by were already looking at him suspiciously, he didn't want them reporting him to whoever it is that is their head, it was impossible for them not to have a head here, it would be easy for them to get away, he walked towards the Marina since he heard of the old security guard's death, he hasn't been there once, the camera he placed there was almost useless because no one has shown up there in a while, all he had right now was Annette's diary and so far there hasn't been any mention of a name or someone that could be linked to the island.
• When he got close to the marina, he realized that the gate of the house where they usually meet was closed.
