• Liam couldn't sleep, for a lot of reasons, he really didn't know why and who those guys outside the hospital were and why they had guns, okay he could already guess that they were Sloan’s men but he couldn’t up and go and ask them what they want, first he was just a tourist here and he had no business with the hospital, going to confront them will blow up his cover and he couldn’t do anything when he was one person and he couldn’t tell anyone of the medical team to fight with him, they weren’t trained for that and even with them, they were still outnumbered, it would be a suicide mission to approach them.
• Another reason he couldn’t sleep was what he had seen earlier while he was patrolling the island, all he wanted to do was talk to the few women who Annabelle had told him have been here long enough to know a lot and he had spoken to a couple of them, he was on his way back when he had seen about three men enter into the house he had once been the last time he had followed those men who came to request for Anneth’s body, he hasn’t seen them since he came back and he had forgotten about asking Ruby about them, well, he followed them and God, the amount of arms they had with them was scary, it was like a gun shop with different variety which made him fear that they might have plans, hopefully it won’t be to short at sight, he had waited hours to get a glimpse of what they will do but they didn’t do anything and he had to leave at a point because he knew Ruby would be worried, and she had been, he called Luca to tell him and he had said not to panic that they are one step ahead of them, no matter what they were planning, the only shit Luca had talked about was that Sloan had gone into hiding, Liam hoped he would be found soon, and yes, they finally got an arrest warrant.
• Just when he was finally going to close his eyes, the sounds of gunshots ranged in the air, at first he wanted to ignore it but he couldn’t, he quietly left Ruby’s office and closed the door behind, it was almost midnight so everywhere was calm, they must not have heard the shot, he didn’t know why he decided to go out and he wanted to go back inside but for some reasons, which might be stupid seeing that he was unharmed, he walked out of the hospital, it was silent now and there was no one outside of the hospital.
