Chapter 31 Making Their Stands

• "That is impossible..." Luca muttered while trying to replay everything that happened back then. Ace scoffed at him "How would any of you know when you don't think before doing anything" he said and I could feel that the rest are not taking his rudeness well but they are trying to stay calm because they know we are at fault, it's a form of betrayal even though we didn't tell any shit about Ace to Edward, I know if it's me I won't be able to take it.
• "Ace, can you tone down the rudeness please, we are not kids," Jack said. "Who brought up the idea of going to Edward?" Ace asked, completely ignoring Jack which was another huge insult to his personality, but he just took a deep breath and kept quiet. "It's Eliam" Asher mumbled and I could see the surprise in Ace's eyes. "Whoa, I never expected that. I thought it would be Luca" He said. "And what is that supposed to mean??" Luca and Eliam asked at the same time. "Brainless idiots," Ace said coldly before turning to Asher "Next time if any of them raise something like this one, don't listen to them, just call me with this" With that, he handed Asher something in a piece of paper "It's a secret of mine" he explained shortly to Asher but when the male's eyes looked at the paper his eyes widened in shock and that's how I know it must be something huge knowing that Asher is a technology expert and with his reaction said it all.
