Chapter 107 Edward's Movement

• We are currently gathered in our meeting room to discuss the new developments around our territory as we have been noticing some suspicious movement recently. Normally, an underworld Lord, no matter how powerful they are, they are still under the rule of 'Never intruding into another's territory' and vice versa unless necessary, that is when they are provoked or challenged by the other lord. Now these movements show that the one responsible is doing it intentionally but they didn't need to think much about it because in the whole of the United States, there is only one person that dares to act like this in our territory.
• "What is that old man planning now? It turns out he can't wait anymore" Asher blurted out, his hands not leaving his computer. "The project? Do you guys think he dares force us? I don't think he can" Luca sneered. "I have a feeling that he is here because of something. Like, something major happened and he can't stay calm anymore, Ace is not in the States currently so did anyone of us do something that angered that old goat?" Jake asked but his eyes never left Eliam who was sitting quietly with a nonchalant expression as if what we were discussing had nothing to do with him but one can see a worried expression deep inside his eyes as if he is contemplating something. "What have you done Eliam?" Jake couldn't resist anymore and asked when no one replied, it's quite funny how Eliam acts when it's clear that if we are to be in danger he will be amongst us too and suffer the same fate, so his reaction is a little off, well not a little. There can be one reason for that, either he has resigned to anything that happens next or he has something to rely on, the former is not likely because the Luther never surrenders to anyone no matter how powerful they are, even though he has been unpredictable recently, it's clear to us all that he would rather go mad than become Edward lackey, which only gives more possible to the latter that he has something to rely on, and if it's the possibility the answer is what is it?
