• Denice’s laughter died down as she spoke once again. “Good. I will tell you the same thing that I have told Anna. Anything in this room that fits, is yours to keep. Tomorrow, we will go shopping for your size clothes and get you some shoes. Until you are capable of looking after yourself and you are strong enough to do so, there will be a guard with you at all times. You will be accompanied by myself, Alpha Gregory, or Luna Nancy and either Beta Jake here, Riley, Gabriel or one of the royal guards. There may be more of us with you at once, on occasion, but no more than 3 or 4 at a time. I know that this sounds a bit overboard, but right now, you two are our pups, adopted into our pack and under our protection. It’s not up for debate right now.”
