Chapter 29 Tortured

• Derreck and Lucian used to be best friends, that is until, Derreck had to take over as CEO/President of Gray Enterprise. Since Derreck took over, he had no time for a real social life; he and Garrett were always close, but they also understood that being a boss, came first.
• Lucian felt like a failure and in a sense, a third wheel, because his friends were better off. Derreck would always go to the college that Lucian went to, but just to catch the vibe. As time passed, he and Lucian became good friends and he introduced him to Garrett.
• Lucian was green with envy when he found out who Derreck and Garrett really were. Garrett came from a prominent and well-established family, the Joneses, while Derreck came from the Gray’s. Both families were well-known.
