I tried so hard just to be with you!” Jordy held her gaze steadily and pursed his lips, but suddenly he didn’t know what to say. However, Gloria continued shouting as loudly as she could, “I really thought if I tried harder, you would be into me, and we would have a happy ending. Before that incident happened, I felt you treated me differently. You came to me very often. But after that, you thought I was calculating and suddenly hated me. I was a victim too. I explained it to you a hundred times. Did you ever trust me once?”

Just like you said before, I didn’t deserve to be your wife. You derided me and disdained me. You thought I forced you into marriage. I’ve already set you free, but why are you here for me? Are you insane? Don’t you think you look so bad here?” Jordy’s face was as gloomy as a thunderstorm, but Gloria was not afraid at all. She gazed at him and said sarcastically, “You are trying to get back the person you once despised the most. Are your interests so important that you can be so shameless? You earn much more money than what I can get you! You’re already wealthy, aren’t you?”
