Chapter 508 Guarding The System

But this time, the hacker didn’t manage to crack into the system.
• The staff of the technology department looked frightened. When Jordy was not there before them, they couldn’t help whispering to each other without being supervised, “I always felt that something was wrong.” A fat man scratched his ear, looked around and said. There were hesitations and doubts in his dodging eyes. A colleague of his, who was thin and bony, looked at him and asked, “What’s wrong?” The fat man pulled his black tie and straightened the cuffs of his white shirt before he frowned and said, “The last time, it didn’t take the hacker much time to crack into our confidential documents. But this time, the hacker didn’t seem to be trying hard to hack us. He just exited the system before he managed to hack us.” The thin man was a little surprised, “How could it be? Didn’t you see that the system is still being cracked right now? Mr. Collins seems to have been writing a new program right now.”
• The fat man shook his head, and tidied up his new, long haircut which had been tousled by him just now. He pretended to be confused and said, “What? How come I feel that it has something to do with Gloria?” The thin man stopped his movements and looked at the fat man. “What does this have to do with Gloria?” The fat man looked around again, then took a step closer to the thin man and whispered, “You saw how the hacker attacks this time. I think it was Gloria. Gloria pretended to be puzzled by the system and slowed down the speed. If the hacker couldn’t crack it, then it can dupe us into believing that Gloria had nothing to do with this.” The thin man was confused.
