• Hu Tu’s mother seemed to be looking for something by the entrance when Ning Jian sent her back home on the next day. Their presence startled her mother before she approached them. Hu Tu withdrew her hand from Ning Jian’s grasp subconsciously before she got out of the car with a guilty conscience. Ning Jian only cast her a glance upon noticing her cowardice before stepping out of the car as well to greet Mrs. Ning.
