Chapter 50 In The Forest

• After Shen Beiyi entered the forest, the sign at the entrance was flipped around, only to show the words written on the other side: ‘Danger, tourists should not enter.’
• Although winter in C City wasn’t as cold as in the north, the winds that brushed past had a chilly feel to them. Shen Beiyi hugged herself tighter in her long sweater as she ventured further into the forest.
• She had a hunch that the exit would be at the front, but she was still surrounded by the forest while she walked on. The trail beneath her had started off bearing marks of being travelled upon, until ending up being covered by moss the further she walked. She marched on for a few more minutes with a frown before she felt that something was jarringly off.
