Chapter 195

Beth had no clue how she was even going to classify them, but that was something that she could go over with her new team that she got to assemble. She decided to keep it small by calling in her good friends Christina and Nicole. Both were excited for her and said that they'd drive up to visit her immediately and so that they could look for houses. Beth preempted them by calling her lawyer up and having her release some of her fortune in order for her to buy a couple of houses in the area. Beth figured that Christina and Nicole could just pay her rent.

By the time the plan was put fully into motion, Aden and Beth were both mentally exhausted. It was now getting into winter time in the mountains and Beth was starting to show. They had readied the guest rooms in the house for their friends who'd all be showing up around the same time. They were placing bets on whether it'd be Zander showing up first, or Chrissy and Nikki. They were lying in bed together naked, simply relaxing in each other's arms, when the doorbell rang. Aden swore under his breath as he'd been moment away from flipping his four-month pregnant wife onto her back and screwing her senseless. All this work on the plan had kept them both too busy and too tired for sex and Aden hadn't been in the lake in over a month to make a deposit with the creature.
