I've already put out an alert to Zoe and Mike so they'll get there around the same time," James said, the desperation mounting in his voice. "Dammit, Ashley! Don't go all fucking noble on me now!" he snapped. There was a pause and Ashley heard him sigh. "Do you remember what I told you back when we first started dating?"
• Ashley chuckled ruefully. "That I didn't have to be Rambo and that I should let you help me," she said, recalling the event.
