- IRIS.
- The vegetal aroma of strong green tea wafted into my nostrils, rousing me out of my sleep. I heard a metal scrape and the sound of thick fabric swishing. My eyes fluttered open and the first thing I did was stretch out my hand towards the other side of the bed. It was empty. I turned to see that the only traces of his presence in this room at night was the dip on the pillow and the slight ruffle of the bed.
