• About an hour after Damon left, he had sent two ladies to my room. They came in with gift boxes and for the rest of the day, they ran around me, touching up my hair and applying all sorts of ointments to sheen up my hair.
• The second lady had gone ahead to slip out the dress I was going to wear out of the box. I hadn't seen it yet because I was more focused on not blinking and the other lady applied a soft shade of eye shadow to my eyes.
