• Feeling her graceful body against mine, I don't want to admit that this woman could mess up my mind. “Break up with Nicholas” She became stiffened immediately, I carefully rubbed my thumb over her dress and pinched her waist. Surprisingly, she pulled away and turned to watch my face directly. “I don't understand, sir,” She said plainly. “Mr. Alexander?” A masculine voice blared from behind us. I tilted my head to see an unfamiliar man wrapped in a gray suit. “Mr. Harold has called for your attention” I took my eyes back to Kiara, her face was expressionless. I stared at her for a few seconds, then walked away with the young man.
• “Mr. Alexander, you recognized Mr. Nicholas Brandon, don't you?” Mr. Harold asked decisively, smiling so big. “Of course we both recognized each other Mr. Harold, do you even know that Mr. Alexander lost a contract to me a few weeks ago?” Nicholas raised his chin and said proudly. I stopped a waiter and carried a glass of wine on his tray and sipped at it, pretending I'm not the one they were both referring to. “I'll go back to my table now, Mr. Harold” I kept the glass cup on the table, rose to my feet then turned away.
