- “I need to talk to you,” Brandon said, barely managing a smile.
- A deep wrinkle appeared between Ethan’s brows at the interruption. He glanced at Brandon’s hand on his arm before looking back at Brandon’s face. Finally, he stood up, and Brandon quickly turned and headed out of the room before Ethan could place a hand on his nape. Brandon led him to the library, shut the door, and turned to face him.
