• Walking away from Sidney felt like I was saying goodbye again and that was the last thing I wanted to do, but on the other hand I was not lying, I knew a shit show was waiting for me at my parents’ house. Sure, I believed Kelly changed a few months ago, but ever since we stepped back in our hometown, I saw the old Kelly coming back to the surface and judging by the outburst at miss. Vicky’s restaurant she was in full on old Kelly mood. Meaning she would be throwing tantrums and also things all around the house.
• And believe me I was mentally prepared for everything she could throw my way. So, I have no idea why I was still surprised when I came closer to the house and could hear screaming and shouting even at the end of the street, which was like six houses away from our house. Could this day get any worse at this point?
