Chapter 168
- Jordan watched him walk away, yeah, once again he failed, and once again Liam didn't know who he was, this was worst than being slapped, imagine waiting for him to wake up for two whole months only to be slapped in the face with the sad reality that he has lost all of his memories before he came to New York, like everything, Jordan had sat dumbfounded when the doctor had explained to them after the MRI done on Liam that he has forgotten everything that happened and could only recur things that happened when he was twenty-five, he was over two years behind and there was no memories of him, nothing, and to make it worst, he treated him coldly too, almost like he was punishing him for an unknown offense, it was depressing to experience, he didn't even know if he would ever remember.
- He sat down on the chair there and stared at the sky, his life became colorless the minute Liam had woken up and didn't remember him, it was hellish to live in.
- For the past week, he had tried not to think too much about it and also not let Liam’s harsh words get to him but he just couldn’t let it go completely, Liam treated him so poorly that he started to feel pity for himself, he knew he deserves better but he had promised to stay by Liam’s side no matter what but it wasn't looking good right now, it felt like he was wasting his time here, maybe he should rethink his life choices and just give up on him but just the thought of it was enough to make him sad all over again, he didn’t like the idea of moving on from his man, he had to take off his ring when Liam had told him he looked foolish with the ring, not like he took it off completely, he just used it and the one Liam had thrown away as a pendant for his necklace, the rings were dear to him and he couldn’t just throw them away like that.
