Liam nervously entered the house, he could barely feel his legs, one he knew he was in trouble because he had taken longer than he had thought he would, he didn't know picking a ring would take so long. All he had thought was that he would just go to any ring shop like he had done the first time and just grab anything that comes into sight but he had been so wrong, finding the perfect ring for himself and Jordan within such a short time had been hard, he couldn't just settle for anything, he wanted something that was simple and meaningful, he had to ask the ring seller to help him get something simple yet elegant.
She had taken him to their showroom to show him all their available ring and it still took him a lot of time to finally settle on the ones that were currently in his coat pocket, he didn't want Jordan to be the only one wearing a ring so he had made sure to find a couple's ring for the both of them, he was happy with what he finally settle for but now, he might be in trouble, he didn't even know he was spending that much time until he had gotten out of the ring shop and checked his time, then New York traffic did their own part and here he was back home seven pm, when he left just a few minutes past eleven in the morning, no way Jordan wasn't going to be mad at him, especially when he did go for work because of him.
