Chapter 29 Brotherly Concerns Pt2
- We went back to his house. I wore a long-sleeved shirt to hide the red marks on my wrists. Arcel had his servant buy clothes earlier, and I specifically requested a long-sleeved shirt, even in the hot weather! I didn't want anyone to see the marks Arcel left on me. As much as I loved seeing them, they were for me alone.
- When Taddeo saw us, I felt embarrassed to smile at him. He narrowed his eyes at us, obviously disapproving, but he didn't say anything. Meanwhile, the asshole Arcel was grinning as if he were mocking his brother.
- "Please be in my study room for a while, just need to do some work. I'll see you later."
