Chapter 19 Hailing Safety Pt1

• What I initially planned to do was to run towards the subdivision guardhouse, but it was too far, and I was afraid that the man might catch up to me. I didn't know if hitting him on the head hard enough would prevent him from chasing after me. I hugged myself tightly, not realizing that I had escaped. If I hadn't managed to get away, who knows what would have happened to me. This is the first time someone has attempted this on me. I mean, the subdivision has the best security, so how could someone just enter like that?
• When I saw a cab, luckily there was one, I immediately hailed it. I told the driver where to take me.
• I was still trembling with fear because of what happened. My heart was still racing due to anxiety and the running I did. Even when I arrived at the guardhouse, I couldn't report it because I wasn't sure if I could speak properly. All I could think about now was wanting to go home to Arcel's house and wanting to see Arcel.
