Chapter 6

• *** Author's P.O.V ***
• "How could that have happened to us? That bitch tricked us! She fooled us. She seduced us just like the bitch she was." Cole growled out in anger.
• "I can't believe she compelled us. She seduced me." Jay interrogated himself so many times not finding an answer to his questions. He ended up thinking that it was a rhetorical question.
• Mark was the only one who didn't say anything. He only sat down sipping a glass of red wine. All he wanted at that moment was to be alone. He thought of her.
• Bridget. He thought of how she seduced him. He was embarrassed that a little, tiny wolf could seduce a big wolf like him.
• He wanted her so as to teach her a lesson she would never forget. A lesson she would never forget.
• "How?"
• "Enough! Let's stop asking questions. How could that little wolf trick us? We are already looking like a fool in front of our guards. We are letting our guard down. That Is the truth. And the truth is, we didn't have all of this planned out." Mark spoke and they saw the truth in what he had said.
• "We can't possibly attack again because they are ready for us. They wouldn't let their guard down. Let's strike when they are almost falling. Let's strike when they have no protection. Especially over that bitch. Bridget Smith“ Jay said.
• "You are right. If we should strike now, they will kill all our warriors. We don't have warriors like them. They have over three thousand warriors and we only have five hundred. We need to train more. Let's bear whatever that was done to us in the meantime. Let's bear it." Cole agreed.
• The three of them agreed and they began to plan on how they will take them down. It was until then, a call came into Mark's phone. It was an unknown number which he never saved.
• "Speak," Mark muttered.
• "Bridget Smith is pregnant." The unknown person said over the phone.
• "Bridget Smith is pregnant? Really?"
• "Yes. She is two weeks pregnant and it was just confirmed. You know what to do, Mark. She can't give birth to that baby alive. She needs to pay for the death of Alpha Jackson."
• The call was disconnected and that was it.
• The news even made their plans faster and more efficient.
• "Bridget Smith is going to face our wrath." Jay smiled wickedly.
• "She will die just as that pup killed Jackson," Jay said again.
• "I will make sure she won't escape this when we finally get the hold of her. Her mate, Williams started everything because of her and will also end everything with her." Mark spoke.
• He held so much resentment and would not forget it anytime soon.
• They began to plan everything out and they made sure that it was planned accordingly so the next time they want to capture her, they will do so without having to look around for her.
• They sent a spy to go and keep his eyes on her while they focus on other things.

• Bridget stood in front of the mirror almost half naked looking at her belly which hasn't protruded yet. She didn't know how or what to feel about the news. She had lied to her mother-in-law that she was happy about it but she wasn't.
• They hadn't gotten married yet.
• Just then he entered. Williams hugged her from behind and he kissed her. She stared at this reflection in the mirror. He kissed her cheek and her neck and when he saw that she wasn't responding and as jovial as she used to be.
• "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked turning her to face him.
• "Nothing, I am fine." She replied and was about to pull away from him when he stopped her.
• "I have apologized, haven't I? I told you I was sorry and you said ain't mad anymore." He said.
• "I am not mad at you anymore. I am just mad at myself."
• "Mad at yourself?"
• "Shouldn't I be?"
• "I mean I got pregnant without my permission. I don't even know if you are glad about me getting pregnant for you. I have never carried one before and I am nervous."
• Immediately she said that he was disoriented. He moved closer to her and pulled her into a hot, deep kiss that made her forget everything that was troubling her for a moment. It was out of her memory and he pulled away. He turned her around and rested his chin on her shoulder and gazed at her through the mirror.
• "You are the most beautiful and fascinating woman I have ever set my eyes on Bridget. And that is the truth. I was and still am the happiest man in the world after hearing you are carrying our child. I have planned all sorts of things for you on the arrival of the baby and even while you are still carrying the baby. I love you so much my love, Bridget." He said kissed her cheek.
• "Truth be told, I was jealous when you did that with those monsters. They had to look at you with lustful gazes and I swore to fucking kill any man that tries to touch even a strand of your hair. As for the baby, we won't only co-parent. We will get married whenever you are ready. I want to raise this child with you. I want us to give and shower this child with love, support and care and every good thing of life."
• The moment he said all of that, she realized that she was wrong about him. He wasn't like how she had pictured him to be about the pregnancy. It was beyond her expectations and that made tears roll out of her beautiful, crimson eyes. It was glassy. He turned her to face him and he kissed her lips she hugged him and once again, she rested assured that she was in safe hands.
