Chapter 38

• After a day of meetings, they were finally alone again. The duo made their way to Gage’s home on his private plane after a long workday. Isis did as he requested and told Cyrus she was going to Chicago to work at the IWX Headquarters. Gage had explained to Davis he thought Isis would do well helping with the talent development team and wanted to go over some ideas with him for the show, so it wasn’t a lie.
• Sitting across from Gage on the jet, she typed away on her laptop, jotting down ideas. Isis loved the chance to do more behind the scenes. She even had ideas for characters, for new talent. He had been busy with phone calls and was now chatting with Jacob about the Justice storyline going forward.
• “All right, Jacob. Sounds good. Isis and I have come to some agreements. I want her to be more upfront on things now. She is going to be with us full time. I think she’s earned her wings. She’s proved to be good in the ring and at promos. We are working out our differences and I think it’s going to be good. Old man... you were right.”
