Chapter 29

• Later that night, Gage was in a match with the younger wrestler, Matty. Just as they suspected, things got a little out of hand. Isis was by Gage’s side during the match but would rather be anywhere but. The match ended up being another shoot, and the script went out the window.
• Gage hit Matty on purpose, and the man retaliated by knocking him out of the ring. Resulting in Gage cutting his head open again from falling onto the announce table corner.
• Isis ran to his side to help him up, seeing it was not part of the match. The impact cut Gage deep this time, and she knew he needed help. He pushed her away and finished the match, resulting in Gage taking the win out of pure fury and adrenaline.
