Chapter 50 A Reason

• “Tempers are rising and I don’t think it’s best we continue this conversation any longer. You said you wanted to go home and I think that it’s a brilliant idea, we can continue this later when you’re in a more relaxed state. What do you think?”
• Syrius was trying to make me seem like I was the crazy one with the way I snapped at him. This was what he did best, emotional manipulation, and he was a master at it. He had the words to say and he knew how to execute them to perfection.
