- Janice felt a surge of annoyance and jealousy. Both she and Summer were in their early twenties, still young and full of potential. Yet, Janice couldn't shake the fear that, in a few years, Summer's beauty would eclipse hers entirely. She might not even be able to compliment her, much less compete.
