- Paul walked towards meat me, his hands outstretched, and he wanted hitting me, but I managed to dodge him and he mistakenly he crashed into the edge of the table, hitting his jaw with a sickening thud. He let out a sharp gasp of pain, his hands on to his face. For a brief moment, I thought I had bought myself some time, but the look in his eyes was nothing short of pure rage.
- “You’re going to regret that,” he growled, his voice low and dangerous. He wiped his mouth, checking for blood, before his eyes met mine again, which is now filled with anger. “I’m going to kill you, Sibel.”
