Chapter 39 Leap In Time

• Both dragons circled the large emerald at the centre of the sacred place, unleashing powerful beams of energy that caused it to illuminate, along with the entire interior of the mountain. The Emerald Queen Mother summoned the power that connected her to her son and the Emperor. A resonant energy and sound emerged from the depths and from all the surrounding emeralds. A luminous tube enveloped them, transporting them at great speed until they came to a halt, both transformed into humans within a palace.
• "Is this it?" asked the Emperor.
