Chapter 19 Lotha

• When Lotha opened his eyes, he was in pain. He looked to his side and saw his two brothers, nearly dead. With great difficulty, he got to his feet and quickly began an incantation. He cut his arms and wrapped them completely in his own blood. Despite his exhaustion, he did the same to himself. When he finished, he felt completely drained of strength. He said one last incantation to protect his sister, then collapsed into sleep.
• When he awoke, he found himself astonished to be lying in a deep cave, surrounded by a luminous sphere. His brothers were still unconscious and weak, not yet ready to undergo such regeneration. He wrapped them in his blood once more while performing a ceremony, until he saw their breathing grow easier. Leaving the sphere of energy surrounding them as intact as he could, he went to explore their strange surroundings.
• Who would save them and try to cure them? He wondered as he went through the narrow labyrinth until he found the exit, which was protected by a strong magic spell. Who could be the being that possessed such power and saved them? He said a few brief words in a strange dialect and crossed it with great difficulty. "Yes, that spell is powerful!" He realized as he left that they were in the middle of a mountain that he recognized, it was not far from the county. With stealth he went down to the path and to his good fortune he met some peasants. He took a breath and changed his appearance to ask.
