• She said those things and then completely lost consciousness. The next time she woke up, she was in an unfamiliar room with an unfamiliar man curled up next to her.
• The garments lying around next to the bed were sufficient evidence of what had occurred the night before. She had a little dry throat.
• She began comforting herself after feeling depressed for some time. That guy was considerably better than the pig last night, so at least he still looked alright.
