• “Hailey…,” my voice cracked with emotion as I saw her clutching her stomach in pain. The sight of blood made my heart race even faster as I ran towards her and made her fall into my arms, not letting her body touch the ground. I could feel the panic rising within me as I saw blood leaking from between her legs like a river of crimson, staining her clothes and the ground beneath her.
