Chapter 179

• The shower door slid open and I felt Adara’s hands circle my waist from behind. Her hands trailed lower down my abdomen and I turned around and pushed her against the shower wall. Her laugh was soft and she gasped as her back made contact with the cold tiles.
• By the time we got downstairs, James and Shoran were already in the kitchen and James just gave me a look. A look that said, ‘I heard all that’.
• Adara and Shoran got started on breakfast as James and I sat at the table. I checked my phone as James sent me another dirty joke, laughing as he looked at my face, waiting to see my reaction.
