• Becca stared out the general study window, watching the alpha's private car drive into the garage. Her heart raced, knowing Caleb would be in the car with him.
• She turned her back, taking a deep breath. Her hands shook; she was nervous, and the last thing she wanted was to see him. She had no idea if she was going to be able to control her emotions around him any longer. The urge to blurt out and scream at his face was so strong.
