• Things get so busy at times, and people forget to breathe. We fail to analyze and think before we talk or act. Caleb had been second-guessing his recent encounter with Ramona since that day and had not been able to talk about what had happened. He didn't want to text her; that would be too forward, but he needed to know who they were now. Were they attempting to enter a relationship, or would they just be fuck buddies? It would be a little bit higher than the place she had formally placed him in her life, and he didn't want to push a lot.
• All his life, he had pictured the day he would finally kiss her, but they didn't just kiss that day. They fucked, real hard, and it was pleasurable. Much more than he had ever imagined.
