Chapter 10 Leo

• I walked towards the room where I left Mae. One of the men by the door gave the room keys to me so I opened it and expected to see her still unconscious on the bed but she wasn't there.
• I walked further into the room and heard the door close automatically behind me. I stopped walking when I sensed that she was behind me. If I was guessing right, she probably had something to hit me with.
• With a sigh, I turned around and moved my body to the side, dodging the table lamp she swinged my way. She didn't back down after being unsuccessful with hitting me, instead she swinged the lamp at me again but I was quick to avoid it hitting my face.
