• I had kept insisting on seeing my mate without digressing even once, I knew that I had to see him face to face and he had to tell me if he had committed to this crime or not because it was just so hard for me to believe that the person that I had loved and cared for so much had actually done all of this to me.
• But then his office sat me down and placed a hand on my shoulder as he looked at me with eyes of pity. I didn't want anybody to look at me like that but I guess it couldn't be helped in the situation. It was quite pathetic and pitiful.
