• I hop out of the shower, super excited to see Maija in a couple of minutes. I grab my boxers, pull them on, and head to the bedroom. I scan the room. The maid changed the sheets while we were away and cleaned, so it looks good. I also instructed them to set up some candles and roses around the room to make everything perfect when she arrives. I grab a lighter and begin lighting the candles; someone knocks on the door as I light the final one. I groan, hoping it wasn’t one of my annoying friends. I love them, but all I want to do is make the next couple of days memorable while we’re here in this castle. I open the door, intending to quickly get rid of whoever it is when I see her. My heart smiles as I look over her cute little silk robe and those curls I love so much. I know I will get used to the fact that she is mine, but it is still hard to believe right now. At times, I have to pinch myself to confirm this isn't some cruel dream I'll wake up from.
