Chapter 12 Estranged

• The next morning, Marilyn received her salary in advance. Thank God the company allowed it's employees to withdraw their salaries in advance but with terms and conditions.
• She found it easy to comply, so she bought a cheap apartment for her to stay. Her new apartment was near the office building where she worked. So it makes it easier and cheaper to commute back and forth to work.
• Suddenly, there was a ring on her doorbell. She was surprised because she wasn't expecting any visitors. She rushed to open the door and was shocked to see Mr Marshall standing outside.
