• I made her lie on the bed in the bedroom next to mine and covered her with a blanket. She was tired, and she needed to take a rest. As I sat on the edge, watching her sleep, I stroked her cheek with my thumb. It had been five long years since I deprived my wolf of his mate and now that he found her again he wasn’t letting her go. She might think that I was cutting all her options. Well, she wasn’t incorrect. I was going to cut all her connections and options because I wanted her back in my life.
