• Though I should've been shocked to see Jayden, I wasn't surprised. He was sitting in the living room alone. Mimzy gave me an awkward glance. I nodded at her and she went to Dave’s room. It wasn’t a surprise that Dave wasn’t with Jayden. That pup just didn’t like him.
